ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.

All products sold by lokitsssss are digital supplier guides and digital information. No physical product is included unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your purchased digital content is automatically made available after successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds once the digital content has been supplied or accessed, where permitted by applicable law.

By requesting/consenting to immediate access to your digital product, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins, where applicable.

Refunds will not normally be provided because you changed your mind, no longer want the supplier, did not achieve expected sales/profits, or because a third-party supplier later changes its prices, stock, catalogue, shipping costs or availability.

This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights. If your digital product is faulty, materially not as described, you receive the wrong product, or you cannot access a purchase you have paid for, contact Lokitsssss@outlook.com.
